Citizens International has been monitoring the trials against members of Jamat e Islami in Bangladesh. Â The trials, based on allegations of war crimes during the civil war that saw Bangladesh created out of East pakistan in 1971, fail to meet basic standards and are arguable politically motivated. Â CI, allows us to reproduce their research and campaign resources. Â IHRC will be adding campaign resources too.
