We have been busy at IHRC, finishing up our annual newsletter that will be published in Ramadan. You can stay up to date on what is happening at IHRC by following us on social media. Action Alert: Palestine / Jordan – Protest for the release of Jordanian citizens from Israeli prisons

Friday 05 July 2013 will mark 60 days from when five Palestinian political prisoners with Jordanian citizenship went on hunger strike in Israeli jails. They have been physically and psychologically tortured to pressure them to end their hunger strike.

The families of the prisoners are asking for their immediate release and in the very least for the prisoners to be transferred to Jordan to serve their sentence as per the Wadi Araba normalisation agreement 1994.

Visionary Awakening

IHRC is delighted to host visionary photographer and artist Nasreen Shaikh Jamal al-Lail’s work at its gallery in Wembley, northwest London.  Jamal al-Lail  is a First class graduate in Photography (BA) from the University of Westminster.  Her work is being exhibited at MAPS over the summer.
