Lesson 1: The Nuremberg Trials and the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY)

Two texts regarding both international mechanisms are provided. One, a critique of ICTY, asks why this mechanism is not as comprehensive as the ones after the second world war. Questions for discussion are provided.
