The conflict in Ukraine is the largest humanitarian crisis we have seen in Europe since WW2. It has sparked an immediate global mobilisation of sanctions, action and condemnation. Something we have not seen for preexisting crises in the Middle East and beyond. Coincidence? Hypocrisy?
