After a long interval, this storytelling afternoon is the first of many more to come inshaAllah. On the 1st of September, parents and their kids, from toddlers to tweens, joined Kosser Abdul Aziz for an afternoon of storytelling (Tales of Mini Maryam) and an arts and crafts activity. These fun and engaging children’s events support both children’s authors and the local homeschooling community.

Kosser commenced the event with a humorous and enjoyable reading of Tales of Mini Maryam, a collection of six heart-warming stories about Kosser’s very own daughter, Maryam. This was followed by a discussion about the stories with the young audience and an interactive arts and crafts activity. The children followed Kosser’s instructions to create and decorate their own mini books to take home.
