Join IHRC at its bookshop on 2 October where Sayeda Habib will talk about her new book Discover the Best in You: Life Coaching for Muslims.
Her book is the next best thing to having your own personal life coach. Examples from the Qur’an and the Hadith provide inspiration as you begin to explore the book, and you will notice the emphasis that Islam places upon Muslims to live the best quality of life they possibly can. You will have the opportunity to ask the Author about her book during the Q/A session. During the Author evening you will also have the opportunity to buy the book and get it signed by the Author!
Sayeda Habib works with members of the Muslim community who seek empowerment and wish to realize life goals. Sayeda has been life coaching for a number of years, conducting one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops. She runs her coaching practice in the UK but attracts her clients from all over the world.
Sayeda holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential issued by the International Coach Federation. She is also an NLP master and is pursuing qualifications in nutritional therapy.
