The Annual Al-Quds Day March and rally is a time to reflect on the oppression of millions world-wide through the symbolism of Palestine and the Palestinian struggle for justice. Stand with us, united for the Palestinian cause. End the Indiscriminate Killings. End the Oppression. End Israeli Apartheid.
Date: Sunday, 13 September 2009
Time: 1.30pm (The march will commence at 1:30pm from Marble Arch and will end at Trafalgar Square for a rally with guest speakers)
Place: Meeting point Marble Arch (nearest tube station Marble Arch)
Speakers include: Anas Al Tikriti, Yvonne Ridley, Rabbi Ahron Cohen, Daud Abdullah and Sheikh Bahmanpour.
Supporting organisations include: Ahlulbayt Islamic Mission, British Muslim Initiative, CAMPACC, FOSIS, Friends of Al-Aqsa, Friends of Lebanon, Islamic Forum of Europe, Innovative Minds, Islamic Centre of England, Islamic Human Rights Commission, Islamic Student Association UK, Muslim Association of Britain, Muslim Council of Britain, Neturei Karta, Palestine Return Centre, Respect Party and Stop the War Coalition.
