Take action write to the ICC urging them to expedite the investigation
We ask campaigners to demand the International Criminal Court (ICC) to expedite its processes in order to guard against the possibility of vital evidence and witnesses being eliminated in an attempt to undermine justice in the Zaria Massacre case. We also urge UK based campaigners to please join occupy Buhari demonstration in London on 14 November 2019 to protest human rights abuses in Nigeria.

Subject: Urgent – Nigeria Zaria Massacre case 2015: Possible destruction of evidence
Dear Ms Bensouda,
I have read reliable reports that the authorities in Nigeria are seeking to destroy evidence and witnesses relating to government atrocities committed against supporters of the country’s Islamic Movement of Nigeria in relation to the Zaria Massacre of 2015.
The intelligence suggests that individuals including eye-witnesses may be at risk of being targeted as the authorities seek to dispose of anything that might connect them to crimes that are currently the subject of a preliminary investigation by the International Criminal Court, foremost of which is the Zaria massacre of 2015.
I demand that the ICC expedite its processes in order to guard against the possibility of vital evidence and witnesses being eliminated. I also urge the ICC to put pressure on the Nigerian authorities and ask them to desist from such actions that violate justice.
I look forward to your immediate response. This whole case has deeply tarnished the image of Nigeria in the world at a time when it was thought that Nigeria was transforming and leaving its past behind it.Yours sincerely,

IHRC Press Release: London demonstration to protest human rights abuses in Nigeria

Organisations concerned about the deteriorating human rights situation in Nigeria are to hold a demonstration outside Abuja House in London this Thursday.
IHRC will be among several organisations urging the international community to hold President Bukhari accountable for the worsening situation in the country, particularly in relation to the continuing persecution of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria.

DSS Covering Up the True Situation of Sheikh Zakzaky and Malama Zeenah

Since the return of Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife Malamah Zeenah from the aborted medical trip to India, they have been held incommunicado and the only way to know of their health condition had been when their medical personnel were allowed to see them”, Suhaila Zakzaky announced.
In a statement, the daughter of the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria said “the latest we know is that their health has continued to deteriorate since they are yet to receive the necessary treatments they are in dire need of”.
“For over the past three weeks several pre-arranged appointments for their medical personnel to check on them, have been derailed by Department of State Services (DSS).
