According to BCHR, 40 security personnel and mercernaries, raided Rajab’s home armed with sticks.

Massoud Shadjareh, the chair of IHRC, said:

“We pray for Nabeel Rajab’s safety and call on all activist and campaigners to make their immediate protests heard via email / fax/ telephone call to Bahraini embassies world-wide.

“It is impertaive that the arrests, attacks and mass killings in Bahrain are properly condemned by the world community.”
