PRESS RELEASE: New Briefing: Retraction of freedom of expression in Morocco: The Case of Al-Adl Wa Al-Ihsan
IHRC expresses concerns over the continued repression of freedom of expression in Morocco, especially in the context of Al-Adl Wa Al-Ihsan , the Justice and Spirituality Movement (JSM), the most popular Islamic organization in the country. The briefing looks at the recent trials of two influential JSM members, Nadia Yassine and Rachid Ghoulam, and the continued imprisonment of some other JSM members on political grounds.
