IHRC in a coalition with a number of organisations – will be hosting a demonstration for Yemen in Geneva, Switzerland on Tuesday, 28 April.
Retrograde and imperialist regimes led by the Saudi dynasty have taken it upon themselves to continue their aggressive onslaught against the people of Yemen. The Yemeni people’s cries for freedom, unity and a better life are being met with hostility and the American-Saudi alliance is attempting to attain domination of the region and its resources. The revolutionary forces in Yemen are fighting to resist the despotism despite their own disadvantaged situation.
IHRC calls upon all those who support freedom and democracy to stand with the Yemeni people in their resistance. The demonstration will be a chance to assert the demands that there is an immediate stop to the unjustifiable aggression and that there is accountability for the crimes against humanity perpetrated by the Saudi despots and their allies.
People without transportation are invited to assemble at 17:40 in front of Hotel Warwick where cars will be waiting for them to get to the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at 263 route de Lausanne, Geneva, Switzerland.
