One of our main aims during the month of Ramadan should be to develop our social character in addition to positively influencing others and helping to spread Islamic morality.

A major issue within our community that is linked to ego is money. The connection between money, sex and food is all related to appetite. All these aspects inflate a man’s desires and ego. Man’s appetite for overeating, making money illegitimately and his desire for sex should all be disciplined throughout Ramadan.
