Reports have surfaced in the Israeli media suggesting that Israeli forces killed Palestinian civilians under what may have been lax rules of engagement during the Gaza offensive.
IHRC supports Babar Ahmad’s decision to sue the Metropolitan Police for the brutal assault he sustained during his arrest in December 2003.

Officers allegedly punched, kicked and choked Mr Ahmad during the course of the assault, bringing him to the point of unconsciousness.
